    At the time of your booking, I will be working on your session. You do not need to be present or doing anything specific — you can simply continue with your day as usual.

    Once the session is complete, you will receive a summary by email, along with a voice message on WhatsApp where I explain everything that came up during the session and the energetic imbalances that were addressed.

    This allows you to fully understand the work that was done and the shifts that occurred during the session.
