The way you behave and relate to others is not random it is deeply influenced by subconscious belief systems formed through past experiences.

When a belief is created during a moment of stress or trauma, it continues to operate in the background, shaping your reactions, decisions, and relationships.

For example, a belief like “I’m not safe” or “I will be rejected” can lead to patterns such as:

  • people-pleasing

  • avoiding conflict

  • attracting similar relationship dynamics

  • pushing people away or holding back

Even when you try to change your behaviour consciously, these deeper patterns can keep pulling you back into the same cycles.

This is why many people feel like they are repeating the same situations over and over again.

By working at the subconscious level and releasing these belief systems, your behaviours and relationships can begin to shift naturally — without force or struggle.

Children are highly sensitive and can be deeply affected by emotional and energetic imbalances even from a very early stage.

In some cases, children may inherit trapped emotional energy from their parents. They can also absorb emotional stress while in the womb, as they are closely connected to their mother’s emotional state during pregnancy.

Birth itself can also be a significant experience. The way a child is born whether it was stressful, fast, long, or medically assisted can leave an energetic imprint that the body and subconscious may hold onto.

All of these factors can influence how a child feels, behaves, and responds to the world.

ANIMALS

Animals, just like humans, are made of energy and can be affected by emotional and energetic imbalances.

When an animal goes through a stressful or overwhelming experience, the body may not fully process the emotion at the time. These unprocessed emotions can become trapped in the body and may influence both behaviour and physical wellbeing.

Animals can also carry imbalances from early life experiences, including birth trauma, separation from their mother, abandonment, or fear-based events. In some cases, these patterns can even be passed down energetically from their parents.

Because animals are naturally more intuitive and less mentally conditioned than humans, they often have fewer layers of imbalance and can respond very quickly to energy work.
